Bali Yoga and Meditation Introduction
Day 1 -

Preface

On Monday we get up early and start our first day with an extensive yoga and meditation session. Meanwhile, you will receive a first, fundamental introduction to the basics of the two disciplines that our entire journey will revolve around. With a short break for fresh fruit and tea, we continue our yoga practice until we have breakfast together. 

We relax until lunch, after which we take a short digestion break and then begin our second yoga and meditation session of the day in the afternoon. In the evening there is fresh fruit and tea again, the rest of the day is free. (B, M, A)

Day 2 - 5 -

Yoga, meditation and free time

We repeat this daily routine for the rest of the week, deepening our knowledge and skills in relation to yoga and meditation. You can use your free time around lunch and after dinner to gradually free yourself from your everyday and professional stress at home.

Of course, there is also enough to see in Bali and around our location in Ubud, so that you are guaranteed not to get bored in your free time. For example, it is a good idea to visit some of the island's exciting temples or simply relax on one of the beautiful white sandy beaches on the Indian Ocean. (B, M, A)

Day 6 & 7 -

leisure

Saturday and Sunday, the last two days of our trip, are completely free for you. But don't worry, you won't be bored on your days off either. After all, you are in Bali! Whether you want to stroll through the city, surf, dive, relax on the beach or visit one of the many temples - you are guaranteed to get your money's worth on the Indonesian island. Of course you can also use the time to deepen the yoga and meditation routine of the last few days. (F)
