organized by Rainbow Garden Village since 1999 Volunteer work and internships abroad. We offer projects in over 30 countries around the world - be it in Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe or Oceania. The variety of projects, which extend to different areas of activity, is unique: from social work and medicine to environmental protection and animal welfare to creative and manual activities.
By enabling stays abroad, we would like to make a small contribution to supporting local people - according to the motto: Make a little BIG change! Our volunteers gain valuable intercultural experience that has a positive impact on their personal development. During volunteer work or an internship abroad, you get to know a place and life there intensively, make new contacts and broaden your horizons.

Whether at our workplace, in the office equipment or in the selection of our projects - we are trying to implement social, ecological and economic sustainability more and more in our organization.
Due to our many years of competence and experience in the field of volunteer work, our everyday work is characterized by a high degree of reliability. For us, being reliable also means ensuring the safety of our participants and regularly checking the quality of our projects.
We work with many people every day. That is why we attach great importance to treating everyone with recognition, respect and appreciation. Working together at eye level is a matter of course for us.
Being there for others and supporting each other - we are convinced that helpfulness is not only an important contribution to society, but can also be an enrichment for oneself.
Do not embellish, but communicate and act openly and honestly - that means transparency for us. We want our actions to be comprehensible and thus create a basis of trust with everyone who has anything to do with our organization.
