Nuwara Eliya: Highlands, Gregory Lake & Tea Plantation
On Friday you will travel from Colombo or Galle to the central highlands of Sri Lanka - to Nuwara Eliya. There it goes straight to the accommodation. Get your twin room and say hello to the other fellow travelers. Then we start together for a tour of the city. We visit attractions such as Gregory Lake. In the afternoon we drive to a tea plantation located in the picturesque hills of Nuwara Eliya. (A)
Horton Plains National Park: Hiking in tropical nature
Saturday morning starts with a visit to the Horton Plains National Park. The hike through the pristine tropical landscape is followed by a drive to Yala or the nearby town of Tissa. (F / M / A)
Yala National Park: Jeep Safari & Wild Animals
On Sunday there is a great wildlife experience: Already in the early morning starts our jeep safari through the Yala National Park. In the large park are also rare animals such as leopards and sloth bears. Afterwards we drive back to the accommodation. In the evening is time to relax. (F / M / A)
